Raffle, Silent Auction, Live Auction with Pot Luck Dinner: Starting 5pm, March 28th
The event of the season is almost upon us! What will you donate? What will you win?!
If you need ideas on what to donate, see the list below. If you know what you want to donate, please send us the information as soon as possible so we can organize it for the event (online auction, silent auction, live auction and raffle!). You can also stop by our table at Social Hour to fill us in but email works best for photos.
Please email auction@uuchelmsford.org with the following for each item or event:
- A detailed description
- Minimum bid and/or estimated value
- 1 or 2 photos (for items)
- 1 or 2 dates (for events)

Donation Inspirations:
- Host a dinner or a tea or fire pit
- Deliver a meal, bake a dessert or loaf of bread
- New or like-new items with wide appeal: books, sport equipment, housewares, games, pictures, jewelry, tools, small appliances, spa items, new clothing
- Goods you have hand-made or grown.
- Tickets to sports, theater or music events.
- Gift cards
- Memberships to museums or subscriptions.
- Time at a vacation spot or a planned day trip.
- Teach a skill like woodworking, sewing, gardening, photography, cooking or playing an instrument
- Services such as yardwork, painting, handyperson work, cleaning, pet sitting
- Tech lessons (Excel expertise, Photo editor)
