The HR Committee is responsible for overseeing matters related to the staff, including hiring, compensation, benefits, and creating and maintaining the HR manual.
The committee is comprised of two members of the Standing Committee as well as the minister and lay members who have human resources knowledge, skills or experience.
Currently the two Standing Committee members are Jeanette Moreau and Dave Kaffine, the lay members are Tom Coffey, Debra Grad, and Ruth Whalen Crockett, along with the Reverend Ellen Spero who is an ex-officio non-voting member.
