The Green Committee invites you to join us this Sunday, April 26, for a special Earth Day Service and Fair at First Parish! During worship, we’ll welcome David Butz, a UU and member of Eco-Nuclear Solutions, who will help us explore climate solutions through a presentation on nuclear energy.
After the service, stay for our Earth Day Fair, where you can visit tables focused on practical, hope-filled ways to care for our planet and one another. Topics will include greener homes (solar, heat pumps, EVs, induction cooking), recycling and composting, clean household products, plant-forward living, native and pollinator- friendly gardening, Homegrown National Park, youth activities, and the work of our Green Committee and community partners like Mill City Grows and Merrimack River Watershed Commission.
